The National Police Agency wants Internet service providers to remove online marijuana seed advertising that may lead to cannabis use, NPA sources said Thursday. The sale of marijuana seeds is legal, but the current spread of the use of marijuana in Japan, particularly among the younger generation, is partly attributed to online sales, as buyers in many cases grow pot to smoke.
